Children under 12 months old
The main source of nutrition for babies under 12 months of age is breast milk (or formula if breast milk is not available). Mothers should breastfeed their babies whenever they want.

Cultivating the habit of eating salty foods from an early age will adversely affect the baby’s health later in life.
