Step 1 Process materials
The liver you buy is washed and cut into small pieces. Then soak it in 150ml of fresh milk to detox the liver. It’s important to use fresh and healthy liver for the best results.
Next, put the rest of the milk on shredded sandwich dental.
Step 2 Stir-fried Pate
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced onions and garlic until aromatic. Add minced meat and pork liver, stir-fry until cooked. Then add lard and season with seasoning, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for 1 more minute, then turn off the stove.
Note: Stir-fry on high heat to prevent excess water.
Step 3 Grind Pate
Transfer the stir-fried pate to a blender and process until desired texture is achieved. You can grind it finely or coarsely, depending on your preference.

Pour the pate mixture into a bowl and add pork fat on top to keep it moist. Steam for 10 minutes.
Step 5 Finished Product
After steaming, let the pate cool completely before refrigerating. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
