first Refresh clothes with lemon
Lemon is used in cooking, in addition, lemon has an unexpected use for bleaching clothes. You can combine lemon with some ingredients available at home to help the shirt quickly return to its original white color.
Method 1: Boiled lemon
You cut the lemon into slice by piece then put in a pot of water and bring to a boil. After the water boils, turn off the heat and let the clothes or dirty clothes soak for about 1 hour. Soaking lemon will help to remove a series of stubborn stains easily.
Method 2: Lemon and washing powder
Squeeze lemon juice about half a glass of juice, then pour it into a plastic container, mix in a sufficient amount of washing powder. Soak the stained shirt for about 10-15 minutes.
After soaking, rinse your clothes with clean water. This method not only helps the white shirt look like new but also blows away unpleasant odors.
Method 3: Lemon and vinegar
After washing the white shirt with washing powder as usual, rinse it and then wring it dry. Then, you take lemon juice and apply it on the color stains and rub several times.
Then prepare a bowl of warm water and add vinegar to it, put the washed shirt in it 3-4 hours. After soaking, rinse the shirt clean with water.
2 Refresh clothes with vinegar
White vinegar not only works to remove stains but also keeps clothes soft and not dry during use.
Method 1: Washing powder and vinegar
Add washing powder and vinegar together and mix well. Pour vinegar directly on if the stain is too stubborn such as in the collar, armpit, cuff … then, use your hand gently crumple clothes and rinse with water before washing. The vinegar smell will go away when the clothes are dry.
Method 2: Vinegar and warm water
Dissolve 1 liter of warm water with 1/2 cup of white vinegar, then soak the clothes in 40 minutes then wash and rinse as normal.
Method 3: Salt and white vinegar
Mix half a cup of white vinegar and half a cup of salt in a cup of water. Stir until the salt dissolves. Then put the clothes in while soaking and stirring at least 30 minutes. Then take the clothes out and wash them again with detergent.
To maintain the whiteness of the shirt, you should wash the white shirt immediately after wearing it, using a washing powder for white clothes because the detergent has a high bleaching ingredient. Then dry the clothes in the sun, choosing the hottest day possible.
