When buying squid, clean and wash it with water and alcohol to remove the fishy smell of the ink. Then let it dry. Next, cut the squid into bite-sized pieces and cut the ink filling to allow better seasoning absorption for a more beautiful appearance when fried.
Wash the vegetables and fruits. Slice the tomatoes and thinly slice the onions and pineapples. Cut onions and celery into 3-4 cm pieces. Remove the seeds from the cucumber and cut it diagonally to the desired thickness to prevent excess water when stir-frying.
