Step 1 Create a layer of Milk Foam cream
Add whipping cream, rich’s base topping cream, and unsweetened fresh milk to a bowl. Refrigerate for about 10-15 minutes to make it easier to foam.
Use a mixer to gently beat the ingredients for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stop when you achieve a medium cotton cream texture that is relatively fluffy. Stir gently until the mixture dissolves air bubbles and becomes smooth.
Step 2 Make black tea
Put 2 tablespoons of black tea and 180ml of boiling water in a cup, let it steep for 20 minutes.
Strain the tea through a sieve and pour it into a shaker. Add sugar to taste, add ice cubes, cover, and shake well.
Pour the black tea into a glass, add ice, then pour the milk foam cream on top.
